delivery property represents the current state of the message delivery from the device perspective.

A string which can be one of the following:
sending: The message is in the process of being sent.
sent: The message has been sent by the device.
not-download: The message has been received and is ready to be manually downloaded.
received: The message has been received and is fully downloaded on the device.
error: The sending process has encountered a problem and the message has not been sent.
This is a non-standard implementation, but it is discussed at W3C as part of the System Application Working Group.
