Navigator.getVRDisplays()

The getVRDisplays() method of the Navigator interface returns a promise that resolves to an array of VRDisplay objects representing any available VR devices connected to the computer.

Syntax

navigator.getVRDisplays().then(function(displays) {
  // Do something with the available VR displays
});

Parameters

None.

Return value

A promise that resolves to an array of VRDisplay objects.

Examples

Apps built using the WebVR API should iterate over the returned list and correlate displays that share VRDisplay.displayIds, to access full device capabilities.
