submitFrame() method of the
VRDisplay interface captures the current state of the
VRLayer currently being presented and displays it on the
VRPose can be provided to describe the pose used to render the
VRLayer contents, which can be used by the browser to manipulate the layer contents to reduce perceived latency. If no
VRPose is provided, the last pose returned by
VRDisplay.getPose() will be used to describe the pose.
