WebGLRenderingContext.createTexture()

The WebGLRenderingContext.createTexture() method of the WebGL API creates and initializes a WebGLTexture object.

Syntax

JavaScript
WebGLTexture <var>gl</var>.createTexture();

Parameters

None.

Return value

A WebGLTexture object to which images can be bound to.

Creating a texture
