MouseEvent.screenY

The MouseEvent.screenY read-only property provides the vertical coordinate of the mouse pointer in global (screen) coordinates.

Syntax

JavaScript
var pixelNumber = instanceOfMouseEvent.screenY

Return value

  • pixelNumber is the offset from the top of the screen in pixels.
